1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing, browsing or using our platform (the "Platform"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (these "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

The Platform is intended for Users who are at least 18 years old (or such other minimum age as may be required in your jurisdiction) and are capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Geographic Restrictions

The Platform's services are available only to users located within Ireland or other countries where we have received necessary regulatory approvals to operate. If you attempt to access the Platform from any other jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and may be subject to local laws which could result in legal consequences.

4. Account Registration Rules

When creating an account with us (an "Account"), you agree that:

You will provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information about yourself;
Your username and password are unique identifiers of the Platform and should not be shared with anyone else;
Any changes to your personal details must be reported to us promptly.

5. One- Account-Per-User Policy

You may only have one (1) active Account on our system at any time, except as explicitly approved by us in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel multiple Accounts belonging to a single User and/or individual.

6. Identity Verification and KYC

We reserve the right to request additional information from you to verify your identity (including proof of age) in compliance with anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations. You agree that we may share such information with regulatory authorities if required by law or regulation.

7. Account Accuracy Obligations

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal details on the Platform are accurate and complete at all times. If you experience difficulties accessing your account, it is your responsibility to contact our support team for assistance before seeking further action from regulators or dispute resolution services.

8. Login Credentials and Password Protection

When registering an Account with us, you agree to:

Choose a username that does not infringe the rights of any third-party;
Keep confidential all login credentials (username/password) issued by us;
Immediately notify us if there is suspicion of unauthorized access to your account.

9. Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from engaging in or facilitating any of the following activities on our Platform:

Fraud, money laundering or any form of financial exploitation
Spamming or sending unsolicited emails/messages
Creating duplicate Accounts without authorization
Impersonating another User, an employee or a representative

10. Bonus and Promotion Rules

Bonnuses and promotions (collectively "Promotions") issued by us are subject to their own specific terms ("Bonus T&Cs"), which can be found on the promotional page where offered.

11. Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

Please review our Responsible Gaming policy for more details about wager limits, cooling periods etc. Some games may also have unique rules or conditions that differ from these Terms.

12. Bonus Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel any Promotions if we reasonably believe they are being taken advantage of through "bonus abuse" (e.g., taking excessive bonus cash-out advantages) and/or for players suspected of colluding with other Users using fake account information or multi-accounting in such way that makes game balance compromised.

13. Deposits and Withdrawals

Due to the fact our platform does not provide real money gameplay, deposits/withdrawals do not apply.
Processing of any non-gaming transactions may take several weeks for verification purposes

14. Verification Before Withdrawals

If we are required by law or regulation to verify your identity in connection with any withdrawal request (whether you have played online games or made other non-game related withdrawals), we reserve the right to ask additional information and hold payment until this process is completed.

15. Processing and Review Procedures

All payments (withdrawal requests) will be reviewed as required by our internal policy for ensuring they do not infringe any laws and regulations of the jurisdictions applicable

16. Responsible Gaming Expectations

We require you:

To only play on amounts that match your budget
Limit number and frequency of game attempts made with the intention to achieve higher payout than would otherwise have been possible from actual gameplay winnings

17. Self-Exclusion and Account Restrictions

You can voluntarily exclude yourself from playing or suspend your account for a period by contacting us; You agree that we may decline an exclusion request if it has previously expired

We also reserve the right to automatically self-exclude you temporarily if our system detects activity which appears excessive in respect of betting volumes, frequency of participation, etc.

18. Game Fairness and RNG Systems

We have implemented Random Number Generator ("RNG") software to ensure fairness and randomness. While we do not offer source codes for our software due to technical restrictions on disclosure under applicable law (not withstanding any claims that we may have), these RNG systems are tested and reviewed regularly.

19. Technical Interruptions or Voided Gameplay

We reserve the right without liability, at its discretion, to temporarily suspend all gameplay while performing routine maintenance operations. Any gameplay commenced but interrupted due to such operational needs will be treated as cancelled/invalid for settlement purposes.

20. Suspension or Closure of Accounts

We may close an account if there is:

Unusual login activity
Suspicious financial transactions (including cash-outs exceeding known income sources)
A history showing loss patterns suggesting potential problem gambling which we seek to mitigate under current legal frameworks
